6、er,aswellasthoseinprivatecolleges,mustpaytuition,butthestatesschoolsaremuchlessexpensivethanprivateones,particularlyforstudentswhoareresidentsofthestate.Thesystemisoftenreferredtoasthe“freeenterprisesystem”andcanbecontrastedtoasocialisteconomy,whichdependsheavilyongovernmentplannin
