3、ionunitandtestinstrument,whilethesoftwareisprogrammedwithVisualBasic6.0,aompaniedwiththeMicrosoftAessdatabase.ThePLCunitandthetouchscreenareemployedforlocalcontrolofthesystemtoachievepreciseadjustmenttothetemperatureandhumidityofenvironmentalchamber,thespe

4、edandflowofair.Inviewofthesystemcharacteristicsofplexnonlinearityandbeingdifficulttocontrolexactly,testsystemadoptsafuzzyPIDcontrolbasedonplctocontrolexperimentalparameterssuchastemperatureandhumidity.Keywords-trainairconditioning;performancetestsystem;fuz

7、ferencemethodhastheadvantagesofhightestingprecisionandlowrequirementforoperationenvironment,whichisusuallyusedinlargecapacitycoolingtestingofairconditioning.Theprincipleisamethodwhichisusedtotestthecoolingcapacitybycalculatinginletandoutletairflowandairent
