2、einresponsetoHongkongTelecom’s“RequestedScopeAndStrategyForQuotationFromSuppliers”datedOct3,1997.Finishaboveparagraph.Oracleisfullycommittedtoitsproductsandoffersafull-service,highlyexperiencedconsultingorganisationforplanning,analysis,installation,andsupportofthoseproducts.OracleConsultingSer
3、vicesapproach,experience,andcommitmentreflectthevalue-addedservicesofferedtohelpHongkongTelecommeetkeyobjectivesandreducethebusinessriskassociatedwithalarge-scaleimplementationeffort.Oracle,arecognisedmarketleaderininformationmanagementworldwide,isasolutionsleaderinbusinesssystemswhichenableco
4、ntinuousprocessimprovementacrosstheextendedenterprise,i.e.,theentiresupplychain.Oracleiswellpositionedtoassistbusinesseswithinformationsystemsthataddressthecompetitiveenvironmentofbothtodayandtomorrow,viaimplementationofsolutionsbasedonitsownOracleApplications,suitesofbusinesssystemsdesignedan
