2、acleinresponsetoHongkongTelecom’s“RequestedScopeAndStrategyForQuotationFromSuppliers”datedOct3,1997.Finishaboveparagraph.Oracleisfullycommittedtoitsproductsandoffersafull-service,highlyexperiencedconsultingorganisationforplanning,analysis,installation,andsupportofthoseproducts.OracleConsult
3、ingServicesapproach,experience,andcommitmentreflectthevalue-addedservicesofferedtohelpHongkongTelecommeetkeyobjectivesandreducethebusinessriskassociatedwithalarge-scaleimplementationeffort.Oracle,arecognisedmarketleaderininformationmanagementworldwide,isasolutionsleaderinbusinesssystemswhic
