3、dingcorecompetenciestocreatecustomerandshareholdervalue.ApplicationdevelopmentisalsomoreefficientbecauseexistingWebservices,regardlessofwheretheyweredeveloped,caneasilybereused.ManyofthetechnologyrequirementsforWebservicesexisttoday,suchasopenstandardsforbusinessto-businessapplications,mission-criti
