3、ccelerateoutsourcing.Inturn,thedevelopercanfocusonbuildingcorecompetenciestocreatecustomerandshareholdervalue.ApplicationdevelopmentisalsomoreefficientbecauseexistingWebservices,regardlessofwheretheyweredeveloped,caneasilybereused.ManyofthetechnologyrequirementsforWebservi
