1、(20届)毕业论文海带多糖的提取工艺研究 II海带多糖的提取工艺研究摘要:目的本研究选用热水浸提法来提取海带多糖。方法对影响热水浸提取多糖的3个因素进行考察,即:温度、时间、料液比,在3个水平上进行研究。结果通过数据分析获得热水浸提取多糖的最佳方法,提取温度80℃,料液比1∶60,提取时间30min,即:A2B1C3。关键词:海带;多糖;正交试验IIExtractionandDeterminationofPolysaccharidesfromLaminariaJaponicaAbstract:[Objective]
