1、浅谈教师专业发展模式浅谈教师专业发展模式摘要:当前教师专业发展还不尽人意,急需教师专业发展模式来帮助教师开发个人潜力,实现个人发展。通过文献综述,三种教师专业发展模式值得借鉴,它们分別是自我引导模式、探究模式和认知指导模式。希望这些模式能给教师专业发展提供切实可行的途径。关键词:专业;发展;模式;教师Abstract:Professionaldevelopmentislessthansatisfactorytoday;thereforemodelsofprofessionaldevelopmen
