1、桥本甲状腺炎中医治疗策略［摘要］桥本甲状腺炎(HT)是目前尚无法根治的自身免疫性疾病，主要的危害是导致甲状腺功能减退(甲减),形成甲状腺结节而增加肿瘤的风险，同时影响女性的生殖健康。中医称HT为瘻病，中医治疗策略在于控制病情的进展,以及改善西药治疗不能缓解的临床症状。主要是对于甲状腺功能正常的HT患者尽早应用调肝健脾补肾的中药干预，避免出现不可逆的甲减；其次是甲状腺肿大或甲状腺结节的患者采用益气祛痰化瘀法治疗，以降低癌变的风险；再就是甲减替代治疗不满意的患者、生殖健康受到影响的育龄期女性西药治疗效果不理想的
