1、氟哌I®吨美利曲辛治疗胃溃疡伴抑郁症的临床价值分析氟哌曝吨美利曲辛治疗胃溃疡伴抑郁症的临床价值分析［摘要］目的分析氟哌曝吨美利曲辛治疗胃溃疡伴抑郁症的临床价值。方法选取2012年3月〜2013年3月本院消化科收治的胃溃疡伴抑郁症患者80例，随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例。两组患者均采用常规疗法进行治疗，观察组在常规治疗方案的基础加用氟哌曝吨美利曲辛进行治疗，治疗2个疗程后，分析两组患者的临床疗效以及抑郁量表评分情况。结果对照组患者的总有效率为70.0%,观察组为95.0%,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)

2、；两组患者接受治疗前HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组与对照组患者的HAMD评分均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者的HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P〈0・05)o两组患者的不良反应发生率较低，差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论氟哌嗥吨美利曲辛治疗胃溃疡伴抑郁症的效果显著，不良反应发生率较低，值得临床推广应用。［关键词］胃溃疡；抑郁；氟哌嗥吨美利曲辛［中图分类号］R749.4+1［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1674-4721(2014)09(a)-0085-03Analysisoncli
