1、彩超指引下细针穿刺吸取细胞学检查的诊断价值及护理干预效果【摘要】日的：探究彩超指引下细针穿刺吸取细胞学检查的诊断价值以及在检查中进行护理干预的效果。方法：选取2014年1月-2015年4月本院入院治疗的疑似颈部淋巴结结核患者300例，通过US-FNAC诊断淋巴结患者150例，穿刺肿大淋巴结结节(US-FNAC组)；通过FNAC诊断淋巴结患者150例，穿刺肿大淋巴结结节(FNAC组)，对比两种诊断方法的准确性；同时将US-FNAC组经病理确诊的颈部淋巴结结核患者随机分为两个亚组，实验组患者的治疗进行护理干•预，对照组患者进行常

2、规治疗，对比两亚组治疗后愈合时间、复发率、不良反应以及抑郁评分，评判护理干预的重要性。结果：US-FNAC诊断较FNAC诊断具有更高的敏感性(99.3%)、特异性(70.0%)及准确性(97.0%)；对颈部淋巴结结核患者采用护理干预能够有效提高临床治疗效果。结论：US-FNAC诊断具有更高的临床诊断价值，对患者进行治疗过程的护理「•预能更有效地提高治疗效果，意义重大。【关键词】彩超指引；护理干预；颈部淋巴结结核TheDiagnosticValueandNursingTnterventionEffectsofUltrasoun
