1、·512·JOURNALOFBASICANDCLINICALONCOLOGYVol.24No.6Dec.2011同步放化疗与序贯放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的临床研究沈康，肖庆成(南京医科大学第二附属医院泗阳分院肿瘤科，江苏宿迁223700)摘要:目的比较同步放化疗与序贯放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效和长期生存率。方法168例中晚期食管癌患者随机分为两组:同步放化疗组91例;序贯放化疗组77例。同步放化疗组:放疗2Gy/次，总量50～56Gy。同步化疗2周期，放疗结束后继2续化疗4周期;序贯放化疗组:放疗2Gy/次，总量60～64

2、Gy。待放疗结束后化疗6周期。两组化疗方案相同:顺铂20mg/m静脉2滴注d1～5，替加氟400mg/m静滴d1～5。结果同步放化疗组有效率67．0%，序贯放化疗组有效率为59．7%，比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0．05)。同步放化疗组1、3年生存率分别为73．6%、49．5%，序贯放化疗组1、3年生存率分别为45．5%、24．7%，比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0．05)。两组毒副反应发生率相似，均可耐受。结论同步放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌近期疗效肯定，长期生存有优势，毒副反应可以耐受。关键词:同步放化疗;序贯放化疗;中晚期食管癌中
