1、临床医学论文•同时进行无痛胃镜和肠镜检查的临床价値作者：戴益琛，谢军培，曾伟，蔡铁良，蔡英慰，陈文柳，申爱华，涂金芳【摘要】目的探讨同时进行无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查对上消化道疾病诊断勺治疗的优越性。方法随机把病人分为无痛组和对照组，无痛组又分为A组（23例）麻醉后由两位医生同时进行胃镜肠镜检查；B组（19例）在同一诊室麻醉后先进行胃镜检查再进行肠镜检查。C组（25例）麻醉后先进行胃镜检查，再送到肠镜室进行肠镜检查（无痛组）。对照组（18例）无麻醉下先进行胃镜检查，略休息后再到肠镜室进行肠镜检查。分析比较各组检查的情况。结果（1）无痛各组患者感觉满意均达100%，对照组满意55・6%

2、，无痛组满意度显著高于对照组；（2）各组操作时间及用药量：A组时间最短，用药最少，C组用药最多，对照组检查时间最长，各组用药量及检查时间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；（3）无痛各组患者血压升高、心率增快均较对照组显著减少，但出现血氧饱和度下降较对照组多。结论同时进行无痛胃镜、肠镜检查是安全可行的诊治手段。【关键词】无痛胃镜；无痛结肠镜；并发症Abstract:ObjectiveToexploretheadvantageofsimultaneousapplicationofpainlessgastroscopyandpainlessenteroscopyinthediagnos
