1、消化系统恶性肿瘤患者的心电图改变及临床意义【摘要】目的:探讨消化系统恶性肿瘤患者心电图改变及临床意义。方法：选择2016年1月-2018年1月入院治疗的消化系统恶性肿瘤患者700例作为对象，所有患者均经过手术病理最终得到确诊，所有患者均行化疗治疗，分别在入院时，化疗前对患者进行心电图检查，记录患者发病后心电图改变及化疗后心电图变化情况；采用肿瘤患者生活质量评价量表第3版中文版对心电图正常与心电图异常患者牛活质量进行评估；对患者进行3年随访，分析有心电图改变患者与无心电图改变患者存活率，分析心电图在消化系统恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果及临床意义。结果：700例消化系

2、统恶性肿瘤患者中共有490例心电图改变，改变率为70.00%,心电图改变屮排在前三位的分别为：低电压、混合改变及T波低平，分别占22.45%、20.41%及16.33%；700例消化系统恶性肿瘤患者均顺利完成化疗，化疗完毕后心电图测定590例发生改变，改变率为84.29%,排在前三位的分别为：T波低平、混合改变及ST段下降,分别占：25.42、22.03及20.34%；700例消化系统恶性肿瘤患者心电图未改变患者躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分，均高于心电图改变患者（PV0.05）；化疗后心电图改变患者1年、2年、3年生存率，均低于心电图未

3、改变患者（PV0.05）。结论：消化系统恶性肿瘤患者多数伴有不同程度心电图改变，且化疗后心电图改变将会得到进一步加剧，与患者预后具有一定的相关性，加强患者临床心电图检查能改善患者预后。【关键词】消化系统恶性肿瘤；心电图改变；临床意义；化疗治疗；手术病理；存活率Ecgchangesandclinicalsignificanceofpatientswithmalignanttumorofdigestivesystem・[abstract]objective:Toinvestigatetheelectrocardiographicchangesandclinical
