1、企业财务预警分析研究摘要：近年来，在国家政策的大力扶持下，民营新能源科技企业如雨后春笋般迅猛发展。但由于新能源科技行业具有投资大、周期长、技术复杂的特点,与传统行业相比，财务风险的不可预见性和不确定性更高。因此，拥有巨大发展潜力的民营新能源科技企业在快速发展的同时，更应重视对财务风险的预先识别与提前防范，及早发现风险形成的原因并采取有针对性的应对措施，做到未雨绸缪、防患于未然。奥特佳公司是近年来发展较好的新能源科技有限公司，在新能源技术以及氟利昂替代品研发等科技领域实力卓著。通过对奥特佳公司2015年至2017年的财务状况进行分析，得出奥特佳公司目前的盈利水平和利润都需要极大的改善
