1、题日:浅论民营中小企业人才流失的原因与应对策略改革开放以来,我国中小型企业蓬勃发展,现在中小企业在我国的经济社会发展中正发挥着不可或缺的重要作用,已经成为推动我国经济高速发展的一支重要力量,是我国经济持续、快速、健康发展的有生力量。但是,我国的中小企业在快速发展过程中也面临着严峻的挑战,尤其是人才短缺问题。人才流失口益成为制约中小企业发展的瓶颈。其中,较人比例是中基层管理人员和专业技术人员,他们具有特有的专长和管理经验,是企业的屮坚力量。人才高比例的流失,不仅带走了商业与技术秘密,带走了企业的客户,使企业蒙受直接的经济损失,而且
2、增加了企业人力的重置成本,影响了工作的连续性以及匚作质量,如不加以有效控制,最终将影响到企业持续发展的潜力和竞争力,共至可以使企业走向衰亡。本文试图通过对我国中小企业人才流失的现状分析、剖析中小企业人才流失的原因,寻求中小企业留住人才,有效控制人才流失的对策措施,以降低人才流失率,提高屮小企业的竞争力。关键词:屮小企业;人才流失:原因:对策AbstractSincetherefonnandopeningup,China'ssmallandmedium-sizedenterprisevigorousdevelopment,with
