1、利巴韦林注射液外用治疗手足口病皮疹疗效观察利巴韦林注射液外用治疗手足口病皮疹疗效观察doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.10.41摘耍耳的：观察利巴韦林注射液治疗手足口病皮疹消退的疗效。方法：将65例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组35例和对照组30例，两组均按普通型手足口病患儿给予退热、补液、口服阿昔洛韦、加强手卫生护理等对症治疗。治疗组患儿给予利巴韦林注射液，取适量直接涂敷皮疹处，3〜4次/日，连用3〜5天；对照组给予炉甘石洗剂外涂皮疹，3〜4次/日，连用3〜5天。评价两组治疗效果，比较两组皮疹消退时间、住院时间、体温恢复

2、正常时间的差异。结果：治疗组总有效率（97.14%）优于对照组总有效率（90.00%）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）o治疗组患儿皮疹消退时间（93.45±5.46小时）短于对照组（105.32±5.76小时），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组患儿住院时间（4.35±1.34天）短于对照组（6.87±2.46天），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组患儿体温恢复正常时间（15.24±4.24小时）与对照组（15.88±5.45小时）比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：采用利巴韦林注射液外涂手足口病，患儿皮疹消退时间缩短，方法简单
