1、中西更结介治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床分析［摘耍］冃的探讨小儿支气管哮喘有效治疗途径。方法小儿支气管哮喘90例随机分为屮西医结合治疗纟R(A纟R)45例，单纯西医治疗组(B组)45例。观察治疗前后患儿临床症状、体征、近期疗效和远期疗效。结果两组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、肺部哮鸣音等症状及体征较治疗前有明显改善(B组:t=2.911,P<0.01;1=2.212,1=2.315,1=2.432,P<0.05;A组：t二2.981,P<0.01;t=2.352,t二2.425,t=2.472,P<0.05)A组在控制咳嗽、咳痰作用优于B组(t=2.302,t=2.292,P均〈0.05);两组
