4、nuegrowth,butthecoalindustrycausedbythedevelopmentofecological,environmental,andminingaccidentssuchasseriesofquestionsanddonotintheGDPandfiscalrevenues,thedeductionsaremade,theseissuesarenegativeGDPandfiscalrevenue,istheneedtospendaheavypricetothetreatmentandrecovery.Centralgovernmentwi
5、llfindwaystodealwiththequestionofnShanxiEnergyBaseConstructionFundtoadjusttheSustainableDevelopmentFundofcoal,mainlyforcorporategovernancecannotsolvetheregionalecologicalenvironment,resource-basedcitiesandkeyindustrialdevelopmenttoreplacecoalasaresultofcoalminingcausedothersocialproblem
