4、nologiesandtheprovidedserviceslackmanyimportantbutalsomorechallengingfeatures.Electroniccommerceisnotasingleuniformtechnology,butrathercharacterizedbyawiderangeofservicesandoperationsincluding;establishmentofinitialcontacts;supplierssearchandnegotiation;exchangeofinformatio

5、n;sales;pre-andpost-salessupport;electronicpayment;distributionlogistics;establishmentandcoordinationofvirtualenterprises;sharedbusinessprocesses;etc.Inallofitsforms,electroniccommercemakesuseofinformationtechnologiesfromverydifferentareas:databases,transactionprocessing,in
