3、iestoexamineknowledgesharingwithindyadsanditsinfluenceonindividualperformance.Onehundredandtwentyparticipantsfunctioningasinterdependentmanagerdyadscompletedastrategicdecision-makingsimulation.Hierarchicalregressionandrandomcoefficientmodelingtechniqueswereusedtotesthy
4、pothesizedrelationships.Resultsdemonstratedthattheeffectofgroup-orientedincentivesystemsontheknowledgeproviderwasenhancedwhenmorepositivenormsforknowledgesharingexistedamongdyadmembers.Therecipient’sself-efficacyhadastrongerrelationshipwithperformancegoalswhentherecipi
