1、精囊镜治疗严重顽固性血精围术期护理体会［摘要］目的探讨精囊镜治疗顽固性血精患者围术期护理方法。方法选择2010年1月〜2013年1月在第三军医大学第三附属医院野战外科研究所泌尿外科釆用精囊镜治疗的严重顽固性血精患者42例，随机分为常规组和实验组，每组各21例；选择同期痊愈即将出院的首发血精患者21例为対照组。常规组采用常规护理，实验组采用严重顽固性血精闱术期特制护理。对比分析干预前后各组心理状况调查以及对护理人员满意度、术后随访性生活的满意度。结果①实验组患者干预后对性功能障碍、无法生育、是癌症、无法痊愈、手术

2、失败的担忧程度得分均低于「预前，且均低于常规组干预后，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)o②实验组干预后SCL-90量表中强迫症状、恐怖、偏执、精神病性症状、其他得分低于干预前，差异冇统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组干预后SCL-90量表屮强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性症状、其他得分低于常规组干预后，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)o③实验组住院天数低于常规组，患者满意度和性生活满意度均高于常规组，差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)o结论严重顽固性血精I韦I术期特制护理可提高护理质量，提高疾病的
