1、电针穴位治疗急性肾绞痛的效果观察【摘要】目的：探讨能方便快捷地缓解急性肾绞痛的临床治疗方案。方法：随机将笔者所在医院收治的50例肾绞痛患者分为观察组27例和对照组23例，分别采用电针穴位治疗和单纯药物治疗，观察比较两组患者的平均疼痛缓解时间及停止时间、临床疗效，并采用线性冋归分析电针刺激时间和留针时间対疼痛缓解时间和停止时间的影响。结果：观察组患者的平均疼痛缓解时间及停止时间均明显短于对照组，差异均冇统计学意义(P<0.05)o观察组的治疗总有效率92.59%明显高于对照组的60.87%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。线性回归分析结果表明，患者的治疗时间和起
