1、浅谈国有企业班组管理摘要：班组是企业的基石，研究国有企业班组管理不仅是企业的自身需要，针对国有企业班组管理的现状进行分析找出不足，探讨国有企业班组管理的新思维、新方法。国有企业的局厂、车间、班组管理常被人们称为高层、中层、基层管理，我们通常认为只要企业的高层决策也确，能够掌握市场，中层和基层按照执行就可以了。但实际上，因为国有企业在用人，考核，激励等体制方面的特殊公司，车间，班组绝非如此简单。如果把整个国有企业看做是一个金字塔，那么班组就是这个金字塔的基础层，企业大部分的工作任务，是由班组来完成，如果企业班组的管理工作执行得不到位，各个控
