1、新生代农民工培训需求分析研究毕业论文（20__届）新生代农民工培训需求分析研究II新生代农民工培训需求分析研究摘要改革开放30多年来，农民工内部出现了代际的更替，新生代农民工已经取代老一代农民工登上历史舞台。他们逐渐成为了我国经济建设的产业工人，成为了我国社会主义新农村建设的主力军。相对于老一代农民工来说，他们更加认同城市文化，渴望以自己的智力和双手融入并且最终扎根于城市。但由于社会、政治和农民工自身等因素影响，新生代农民工成为真正的“市民”，成为社会主义现代化建设的工人阶级还存在很多困难。因此，构建完善的新生代农民工培训体系，通过培训提高新生代
2、农民工职业技能和自身素质，对我国城市化进程的快速推进，顺利实现我国社会转型有着战略意义。然而，该培训体系的构建不是一蹴而就的，必须通过社会各界层层推进，在理论和实际上从各个角度去研究、完善，才能构建适合我国国情的新生代农民工培训体系。本文通过问卷调查的形式对湖州童装产业新生代农民工培训需求进行调查，采用SPSS17.0对数据进行处理分析，得出湖州童装产业新生代农民工的培训需求特点，探索湖州在对新生代农民工培训过程中的一些不足之处。并针对这个结论提出了相关建议，希望为企业和政府更好地构建新生代农民工培训体系上提供理论依据。关键词：新生代农民工；培训
