3、piteitseconomicsignificance,suchdevelopmenthasbeenlargelyignoredinorganizationalresearch.Inthisstudy,IinvestigateaspecificexampleofanindustryclusterinChina,theBeijingZhongguancun(ZGC)SciencePark,whichhasseenthelargestclusterofsemiconductor,computer,andtelecommunicationfirmsinChin
4、a,consistingofbothdomesticandforeigninvestedfirms.Iexaminetheoriginandgrowthofindustryclusterinatraditionallyheavilyregulatedeconomyandregion,itsroleinpromotingtechnologytransferandinnovation,andchallengesfirmsfaceinthefuture.Iclosebyproposingsomeissuesforfutureresearch.Researche
