4、allyhasonemployeemotivation.BesidesconnectingCSRtoexternalfactorssuchasenvironment,NGOSandphilanthropy,whichisprincipallydiscussedintheoryandpractice,itisofprimeinteresttocomprehendtherelationshipbetweenCSRandemployeemotivation.Tounderstandthisconceptandtounrollthecontrasts,
