3、heoverallorganizationalperformance,butalsotalksabouthowtoretainamotivatedworkforceintheorganization(whatifthisstudyshouldincludeaspecificindustryorregion.E.geducationfield,oranyothersector;generalizesstudywon’thaveanimpact).Motivationfactorsmaybedifferingfromi
4、ndustrytoindustryandclasstoclassofemployeessuchashighlevelandlowlevellabor.Design/methodology/procedure:Qualitativeaswellasquantitativeresearchmethodologyhasbeenadoptedinthispaper.TheresearchershaveconductedasurveyinAstrofilms(PVT)situatedinLahoreCityofPakista
5、n.Aquestionnairewasdevelopedtoguesstheopinionofemployeesworkingintheseorganizations.Asemistructuredinterviewwasconductedforgettinganinsightabouttheirmotivation.Findings:Theresearchershavefoundfromthesurveythattherearedifferentfactorsthataffectthemotivationofem
6、ployeeswhichcanbeclassifiedintotwocategories;financialandnonfinancialrewards.AlthoughfinancialrewardsareimportantforemployeemotivationinthirdworldcountrieslikePakistan,wheretheinflationrateissohighthatpeoplearestrugglinghardtoretaintheirsocialstatusbuttheimpor
