1、早期振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)监测对新生儿脑损伤早期诊断的意义【摘耍】目的:探讨早期振幅整合脑电图QEEG)监测在新生儿脑损伤早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2014年6-12月本院出生及外院转入的60例脑损伤高危因索的新生儿为观察组,另选取同期本院出生30例无脑损伤的新生儿作为对照组。比较aEEG的背景活动、连续性评估、睡眠-觉醒周期以及惊厥存在情况在两组新牛儿间是否存在差异。结果:观察组中aEEG背景活动正常者12例(20.0%),轻度异常者22例(36.7%),重度异常26例(43.3%),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.
2、05)。观察组中aEEG连续性11例(27.5%),不连续性27例(45.0%),持续性低电压23例(36.7%),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o观察组屮&EEG连续性无睡眠-觉醒周期者19例(31.7%),不成熟睡眠-觉醒周期者28例(46.7%),成熟睡眠-觉醒周期者13例(21.7%),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。观察组中单个惊厥者9例(15.0%),反复惊厥者34例(56.7%),癫痫持续状态者17例(28.3%),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。结论:脑损伤高危新生儿的振幅整合
