1、无保护会阴接生技术的临床应用无保护会阴接生技术的临床应用谢学萍周玮曾杰摘要目的：探讨无保护会阴接生技术的临床应用效果。方法：选择我院2014年10月~2015年2月分娩的初产妇100例,并随机等分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用无保护会阴接生技术分娩，对照组采用常规的接生技术分娩。分别于产后比较两组患者的会阴保护情况、产程时间、产后出血、产后会阴疼痛、新生儿窒息率、产妇满意度、住院时间、住院费用。结果：两组产妇不同产程时间比较,差异无统计学差异（P>0.05）;观察组会阴保护情况优于对照组（P0.05）;两组产妇产后出血、新生儿窒息比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.
