1、会阴无保护接生技术的临床护理效果石莉莉（商丘市第一人民医院产一科河南商丘476100）【摘要】目的：评价会阴无保护接生技术在临床护理效果。方法：以我院收治的80例行会阴无保护接生技术进行分娩的产妇为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各40例。对照组行常规护理，观察组则在此基础上加强护理干预，就两组分娩时间、产后出血发生率、产后出血量及满意度施以对比。结果:观察组产妇的会阴侧切率、产后岀血发生率及出血量均显著低于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组产妇的护理总满意率为97.5%,显著高于对照组的75.0

8、生几率，对产妇产后恢复造成严重影响［1-2］。因此，寻求一种安全、有效的助产方式对减轻产妇痛苦、改善产妇预后十分重要。会阴无保护接生技术即为这样一种技术，而被临床广泛应用，而在围产期施以护理干预对提高会阴无保护接生技术的成功率意义重大［2】。本次研究旨在评价会阴无保护接生技术的临床护理效果，成果显著。具体报告如下：1
