1、蓝光联合护理干预对新生儿黄疸临床问题及策略［摘要］目的探讨蓝光联合护理干预对新生儿黄疸的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2011年5月〜2012年12月在本院治疗的新生儿黄疸病例210例，随机分为观察组和对照组各105例，观察组采用蓝光联合护理干预，对照组采用药物治疗配合常规护理，比较两组患者治疗效果、血生化指标和家属满意度。结果观察组患儿行蓝光联合护理干预治疗后，总有效率为96.2%，高于对照组(81.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o血生化指标结果指出，治疗后两组患儿总胆红素、游离胆红素及结合胆红素均下降，与治疗前
