1、针药结合治疗偏头痛临床疗效观察和TCD变化研究专业：针灸推拿学研究生：吴臣义导师：林宏教授目的：研究针药结合疗法（针刺结合小剂量布洛芬）治疗偏头痛的临床疗效、药物副反应发生率，并以经颅多普勒（TCD）观测治疗前后脑血流的变化情况。方法：将60例入选病人随机分为针药结合组（A组）30例，采用针刺结合小剂量布洛芬治疗；单纯药物纽（B纽）30例，口服常规剂量布洛芬治疗。对照观察两纽的临床评分值、临床疗效、药物副反应发生率、TCD脑血流速度。结果：1.治疗后两组临床评分值均显著降低：A组治疗前后差异非常显著（p<0・01）；B组治疗前后差异非常显著（P<0.01）o

2、A组较B组下降明显，两组比较差异非常显著（p<0.01）。2.偏头痛患者急性期血小板聚集率较正常值明显增高。A组治疗后较治疗前明显K降（/?<0.01）o3•临床疗效：治疗1个月后，A组临床控制率和总有效率分别为46.67%和93.33%,优于B组的26.67%和83.33%（均p<0.05）。4.TCD脑血流速度：治疗前60例患者屮有57例脑血流速度发现异常，其屮A纽28例，B组29例。治疗后脑血流正常率A组明显高于B组（p<0.01）o5.药物副反应发生率：治疗1个月后，A组的药物副反应发生率明显低于B组，差异非常显著"<0.01）。结论：针药结合治疗偏
