1、老年护理教学现状分析及对策探讨【摘要】目的：分析我校老年护理的教学现状，改革教学方法，不断提高老年护理教学质量。方法：对我校700名3年高职护理学生进行问卷调查，调查内容包插我校老年护理师资、教材、教学条件、教学设备、教学方法、实训课满意度、见习满意度、知识结构是否可以满足养老服务等，分析医学高职院校护理专业中老年护理的教学情况。结果：700名学生屮，对师资满意291名，教材满意324名，教学条件满意336名，教学设备满意213名，教学方法满意187名，实训课满意169名，见习满意182名。仅126名学
2、生认为通过老年护理教学后能够满足目前养老服务的需求。学生满意度最高的是我校教学条件，与其他项目的满意度比较差异有统计学意义（字2=277.78,P<0.05）o结论：H前我国老年护理教育滞后，高校护理对于养老服务人才认识不够统一，教学资源不够完备，实践教学条件无法满足需求。可以将学校与社区养老机构进行教学资源整合，充分利用社区养老机构的教学资源，增加见习、实习课比例等，从而提高老年护理的教学质量。【关键词】养老；老年护理教学；护理学；教学[Abstract1Objective：Toanalyzethet
