4、heSMS.Toaddressconsumerexposure,thestudywasdesignedontheconceptualparadigmsoftheUTAUT2withtheinclusionofthreeexternalconstructs:personalization,self-concept,andtrust.Throughaconsumersurvey,thisstudyfoundsignificantvariationsfromtheUTAUT2toprovidenewconstructstocaptureconsumerintentio
5、nsforexposuretotheproduct.Bydoingso,thisstudyhasdevelopedandtestedanextendedversionofUTAUT2,whichisnamedasUTAUT-CEMM(UnifiedTheoryofAcceptanceandUseofTechnologyofConsumerExposureforMobileMessage)・Itrevealedthatconsumersegmentationandtargetmarketingisthemosteffectivewaytocommunicatewi
