1、益气养阴开窍法治疗青光眼的临床效果观察益气养阴开窍法治疗青光眼的临床效果观察［摘要］目的探讨益气养阴开窍法治疗青光眼的临床效果。方法选取2012年10月〜2013年10月本院收治的100例(119眼)青光眼患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例，对照组采用毛果芸香碱滴眼液(1%〜2%)点眼，1〜2滴/次，3〜4次/d或依病情增加次数；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用益气养阴开窍法,水煎服，1剂/d,早晩分2次服用，60d为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。比较两组的临床疗效，观察两组患者治疗前后眼压、视力、视野的变化。结果观察组的总有效率为90%,对照组为72%,观察

2、组的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o观察组治疗后眼压、视力与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组治疗后眼压与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后视力与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o两组治疗后视敏度、缺损异度与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)；观察组治疗后视敏度、缺损异度与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)o结论益气养阴开窍法治疗青光眼的效果确切，可有效保护视神经，提高青光眼视功能。［关键词］青光眼；益气养阴开窍法；毛果芸香碱滴眼液［屮图分类号］R755［文献标识码］A［文
