1、企业财务治理研究［摘要］信文章首先分析财务治理理论的形成和发展，及在我国的发展进程，阐述财务治理研究的重要性和深刻的现实意义。第二章在分析公司治理的基础上进行分析公司财务治理,指出两者在概念上的区别，及公司治理与公司财务治理的相互关系，阐明公司财务治理是公司治理最重要的组成部分，是公司治理的核心。第三章给出了财务治理结构的定义，指出其核心问题：财权的配置。财务治理结构是财务关系的具体体现。本文的第四章主要分析了财务治理权的问题。财务治理权对公司资金进行计划、调配、使用、监督和控制，包扌刮财务决策权、财务执行权和财务监督权。财务治理权配置是财务治理结构的核心，所以本文也重点对财务治理权
