1、伴随着国民经济的快速发展,我国的机动车保有量每年在迅速增长,这也引起城市交通需求量的扩大,道路通行能力受限,同时也给路内停车提出了严峻的考验。然而,我国目前路内的停车状况是停车管理滞后,停车资源信息匮乏导致人量的路内可停车资源的浪费。路外停车场资源少,价格高,定价不合理。使得大量车辆停放在路内,加上未画线违规停车现象严重,导致交通拥堵事故频发。路内停车与路外停车相比,是利用道路空间资源作为停车区域的载体,更快捷方便,还能减少停车步行距离。但是负面作用也很明显,比如干扰动态交通,增加道路通行阻滞,诱发交通事故等等,特别是我国机非混
2、行道路较多,使得负面影响更加显著。基于这一背景意义,本论文通过参考国内外关于路内停车规划管理资料文献,研究国内外路内停车规划管理的现状与解决措施,借鉴国外好的理论成果基础上,以北京市某区域具体调查为依据,结合路内停车理论模型,阐述路内停车对城市交通效率的影响。最后根据调查结果对目前路内停车现状提出些可行性的建议以及展望未来该领域的发展趋势。关键词:路内停车;理论模型;停车方式;交通效率;停车规划与管理AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofthenationaleconomy,thenumberofCh
