1、听性脑干检测在突发性耳聋中临床应用价值[摘要]目的探❷听性脑干检测在突发性耳聋中的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年1〜12月我院收治的50例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象,按照发病时间分为两组,观察组1组发病时间W3个月,观察2组发病时间>3个月,与此同时,选择耳科常规检查正常、无既往耳疾病史、纯音听阈25dn内的20耳作为对照组,上述人员均接受听性脑干检测,比较三组各主波的引出率、峰间潜伏期以及潜伏期。结果观察1组、观察2组的I波、III波、V波引出率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)o观察1组、观察2组各波的引出率、潜伏
