2、ting.-SECTIONII-DESIGN,CONDITIONANDLOADINGMETHODOFTRANSPORTEQUIPMENT2.1ModeoftransportationandtypeofequipmentFactorsinclude:-destination;-valueoftheproduce;-degreeofproduceperishability;-amountofproducetobetransported;-recommendedstoragetemperatureandrelativehumidity;-outsidetem

3、peratureconditionsatoriginanddestinationpoints;-timeintransittoreachdestinationbyair,land,oroceantransport;-freightratesnegotiatedwiththecarriers;-qualityoftransportationservice.2.2Reliabilityandqualityoftransportationserviceprovidedbydifferentcarriersmustbecarefullyconsideredal

4、ongwiththeratescharged.Servicesandschedulesareestablishedormodifiedweekly.Sometimesserviceisabruptlywithdrawn.Shippersshouldcontactairandoceanportauthoritiesattheiroriginanddestinationlocationstoreceivethemostcurrentinformationonavailableservices.Localtradepublicationsalsoareexc
