5、treet,offoodsandbeveragesfordirectconsumption.TheCodeappliestotheplaceswheretheseareprepared,tothepointsofsaleandtothemeansoftransportused.SECTION2-OBJECTIVESThepurposeoftheCodeistoensurethatfoodsaresafeandfitforconsumption,therebyprotectingthehealthofpersonswhouseth
6、isformoffoodfacility.TheCodeisbasedontheRecommendedInternationalCodeofPractice-GeneralPrinciplesofFoodHygiene-CAC/RCP1-1969(Rev.3-1997).SECTION3-DEFINITIONSForthepurposesofthisCode,thedefinitionsspecifiedinthedocumentsoftheCodexAlimentariusshallapply.Otherrelevantdef
