1、彩色多普勒超声对前置血管的诊断及临床价值作者：魏达友，蔡永秋,梁玉婷，刘思怡单位：广东省茂名市人民医院超声科，广东茂名525000【摘要】目的：评价彩色多普勒超声(CDF1)对前置血管的诊断价值及临床意义。方法：冋顾分析19例前置血管彩色多普勒超声的声像图表现及母儿结局，并进行超声分型分析。结果：16例前置血管患者的彩色多普勒超声诊断与临床和病理诊断结果一致，诊断符合率84.2%；漏诊3例(占15.8%)。19例前置•血管患者中彩色多普勒超声检出脐带帆状附着型10例，0副胎盘型4例，双叶胎盘型3例，脐带胎盘边缘附着型2例。1
