3、thechoiceofmethods.Methods：AffiliatedHospitalofShandongUniversityofTraditionalChineseMedicineDepartmentofOrthopaedicssinceMarch2009toSeptember2010periodweretreatedwithcompletemedicalrecordsof48patientswithDHSandPFNAtreatmentofintertrochantericfracturesofelderlycaseswere
4、studied.28caseswithDHSfixation,20patientswithPFNAfixation,twowerefromtheincisionlength,operationtime,bloodloss,postoperativeambulationtime,healingtimeoffracture,thedegreeoffunctionalrecoveryafterseveralaspectswerecompared.Results：Therewereatotalof48patientswerefollowedu
5、pfor7to24monthsuntilthefracturehealedandnodeaths.DHSgroupandPFNAgroupincisionlength,operativetime,bloodloss,fracturehealingtimewasstatisticallysignificantdifferenceintermsof(P<0.01),PFNAgroupcomparedtotheDHSgroup,ashortincision,operationtimeshort,lessbloodloss,fractureh
6、ealingtimeisshort.ButduringtheactualsurgeryandsurgeryPFNAgroupofpatientsexposedtox-raywasmorethanthenumberofDHSgroup.SurgicaltreatmentoffunctionalrecoveryofhipfunctioninaccordancewithHarrisscoringrate,reachaconclusion.DHSgroupwas88%excellent,90%higherthanPFNAlowergroup.
7、PFNADHSgroupandbetweengroupsinpostoperativefunctionalrecoveryofthedifferencewasnotstatisticallysignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion：intertrochantericfracturesintheelderlyinthetreatment,PFNAfixedmannerincisionlength,operativetime,bloodloss,fracturehealingtimeintheseareasisbett
8、erthanDHSfixation,butbothfunctionalrecoveryafterareaorless.Comprehensiveview,PFNAtissuefixationontraumapatient
