1、提要目的：通过对PFNA和DHS在老年人股骨粗隆间骨折临床应用效果的观察，对两种内固定方法的临床疗效进行对比，总结两种内固定方法各自的特点，为临床治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折采用合理的手术方法提供依据。方法：收集山东中医药大学附属医院骨科自2010年4月至2011年12月间住院治疗的符合纳入标准的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者病例。采用PFNA治疗者22例，采用DHS治疗的患者18例，经治疗全部达到骨折临床愈合标准。对两组患者的治疗过程和疗效进行观察，并作统计学分析，对两种方法的疗效做出分析评价。结果：PFNA和DHS相比在手术时间、手术切口长度、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间等比较方

2、面P<0.05有统计学意义，在住院时间比较方面P>0.05无统计学意义。髋关节创伤后Sander’s评分DHS组优良率为83%，PFNA组优良率为91%。结论：PFNA和DHS在治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折方面均有良好效果；PFNA组与DHS组相比具有微创化，髋关节功能恢复程度方面具有优势；PFNA适应症广是治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折较为理想的内固定选择。关键词老年股骨粗隆间骨折；PFNA；DHS；疗效观察ClinicalEfficacyofPFNAandDHSinElderlypatientswithIntertrochantericFracturesSpecialty:
