1、我国医学教育发展现状及医学教育管理体制分析熊享涛华中科技大学同济医学院摘要:口的分析我国医学教育的现状并找出医学院校与教学医院协作屮的问题。方法通过查阅文献及统计年鉴数据分析,找出能够反映问题的信息。结果2015年,我国医学硕士和博士研究生占全国毕业研究生总数的11.35%,医学普通本科毕业牛占总毕业牛人数的6.24%o医学教师人数适中,且师资的职称水平较高。医学教育学制长,在校人数规模庞大,学校与教学医院进行教学管理的压力重。医学院校与医院间存在直属附属型、非直属附属型、教学基地型三类管理体制,从教学、研发、服务或是全面合作等方面又可以概括为四种合作模式。结论我国医学教育处于稳定发展中,

5、rofthestudentswasverylarge,whichincreasedthepressureofteachingmanagementinschoolsandteachinghospitals.Therewerethreekindsofmanagementsystems,whichweresubordinate,non-affiliated,affiliatedandteachingbase,betweenmedicalcollegesandhospitals,andcanbesummarizedas4kindsofcooperationmodelsfromteaching,re
6、searchanddevelopment,service,oroverallcooperation.ConclusionsMedicaleducationinourcountryisinsteadydevelopment,butthemanagementsystembetweenmedicalcollegesandteachinghospitalshasnotbeensortedoutyet,andtheclinicalteachingneedtobefurtherimproved.Byimprovingthecoordinationofmedicaltheoryandpracticeed
