7、技能。总结这次工作，主要有以下三点心得：1.提前做好充分的准备工作。对服务对象的特点以及其所处的文化背景有充分的认识，这可以增进彼此的了解，拉近彼此的距离。初次接待时，在向对方介绍一种新事物时，尽可能的同其熟悉的事物结合起来，做对比。这会使对方有一种归属感和亲切感，这将为以后的工作打下坚实的基础。2.遇事沉着冷静。在翻译过程中会不断遇到新的问题，良好的心态尤为重要。起初，越南人浓重的当地口音就成了交流中的一道障碍，听起来很晦涩，很吃力。但经过交流，说明彼此的顾虑后，对方会尽力配合，调整说话方式，如放慢语速等，让工作
