1、AbstractAbstractAtthemoment,theeducationreformofothercoursesfaroutpacesthatoftrackandfieldcourseofPhysicalEducationinCollegeandUniversitiesinHeilongjiangprovince.Themajorityoftrackandfieldteachersandstudentsmajoringinphysicaleducationthinkthatthecurrenttrackandfieldcoursesareboring.Asoneofthetrack
2、andfieldsportsitems,outwardboundisnotonlyhighlyconsistentwithtrackandfieldsportsinsportsmanship,butalsoincultivatingandtrainingtalents.Theintegrationofoutwardboundintotrackandfieldcoursescanchangetheexistingproblemssuchassingle-modeandoutdatedteachingmethodaswellaslowstudentinitiative.Tothisend,th
3、isarticleanalysesthefeasibilityandnecessityofintroducingoutwardboundintotrackandfieldcourseofphysicaleducationincollegesanduniversitiesandalsodesignsoutwardboundcourses.Aimingatprovidingtheoreticalbasisanddatafortheintroductionofoutwardboundtotrackandfieldcourseofphysicaleducationincollegesanduniv
4、ersitiesinHeilongjiangprovince,wecandrawconclusionsfromthestudyasfollows:China^sMinistryofEducationhasissuedaseriesofguidingdocumentsconcerningreformsoftrackandfieldcoursesincollegesanduniversities,allofwhichencourageandsupporttheintroductionofoutwardboundintotrackandfieldcourses.Atthemoment,manyc
5、ollegesanduniversitiesinChinahavealreadyputthisideaintopracticeandachievedgoodresults.However,thetrackandfieldcoursesincollegesanduniversitiesinHeilongjiangprovincestillremainthetraditionalcoursessuchas"threethrowitems"(javelin,discus,shotput),"threeraces'9(hurdles,onehundredmetersrace,mediumandlo
6、ngdistancerace),and“threejumps”(highjump,longjump,triplejump),whicharemonotonousandboringwithlowstudentssatisfaction.ThetraditionalteachingmodeoftrackandfieldcoursesincollegesanduniversitiesinHeilongjiangprovincehasbecomealimitationforthedevelopmentoftrackandfieldcurriculumsystem,delayingthereform
