1、随着新媒体的不断创新，尤其是移动互联网时代和手机媒体时代的到来，高校各类网络舆情危机事件屡见不鲜，高校对网络舆情危机的应对处理面临极大挑战。本文将高校网络舆情危机作为研究对象，目的在于提出一套切实可行的高校网络舆情危机应对策略，提升高校危机处理的能力水平。为此，从以下三个方面进行阐述，（1）基础理论研究。首先从内涵、新时代特点和结构三个方面对高校网络舆情危机进行概念和要素分析；其次按时间节点从影响因素和舆情危机表现分析高校网络舆情危机的发生与演变过程；最后梳理与高校网络舆情危机相关的传播学、心理学、社

2、会学理论在新媒体时代的新变化。（2）实证研究。通过对四个经典案例的发生与演变过程以及多方位分析，得出具备借鉴意义的经验与教训。（3）策略研究。从人文素质教育、网络媒介素养提升、新媒体与传统媒体相融合、高校网络管理规范等长期策略入手，潜移默化地增强高校的网络舆情危机免疫力；构建高校网络舆情危机管理联动机制，提出危机应对的工作体系、报送体系、联动机制以及具体的操作流程。总得来说，加强高校网络舆情危机管理是建设和谐校园的迫切要求，是维护高校形象的重要路径，也是保障学生身心健康发展的需要，高校网络舆情危机的应
