2、soplayanimportantroleinthesynthesisofbiologicreagentsandmaterials.Therefore,itisveryimportanttostudythepreparationofsubstitutedphenylboronicacidsandtheimprovementofthepreparationprocess.Inthisthesis,thesynthesisesof2,6-dimethylphenylboronicacidand4-isopropylphe
3、nylboronicacidandtheirprocessimprovementwerestudiedindetail.Meanwhile,thesynthesisof1,4-benzenediboronicacidwasalsoinvestigatedpreliminarily.2,6・DimethylphenylboronicacidwaspreparedaccordingtoclassicGrignardreagentmethod.Anoptimizedprocesswasobtainedbyinvestiga
4、tingtheinfluenceofthetemperature,reactantproportion,temperaturerisingrateandmixedsolventontheyield.Themolarratioofreactantsisn(Mg):n(CsH9Br):n(B(OC4H9)3)=l21.0:2.0,Grignardreagentwaspreparedfrom2,6-dimethylphenylbromideandmagnesium,thenitwasreactedwithtributylb
5、orateat-10°C,andthereactionmixturewashydrolyzedinacidmediumafterthetemperaturewasincreasedto20°Cinashorttime.Thetotalyieldis72.2%.Basedontheanalysisoftheexperimentresults,tcone-pof,methodwasproposedandcheckedtosynthesizethe2,6・dimethylphenylboronicacid.Anoptimi
6、zedprocesswasobtainedbyinvestigatingtheinfluenceoftheboronationreagent,reactantproportionandsolventontheyield.Thesolutionof2,6・dimethylphenylbromide,tributylborateandTHF(Tetrahydrofuran)wasaddedtothemagnesiumchipdropwise,thereactantproportionwasn(Mg)：n(CsH9Br)：
7、n(B(OC4H9)3)=1.2：1：1.5.Thereactantsolutionwaskeptinawaterbathat30°Cfor2hours,thenhydrolyzedinaacidmedium.Theisolatedyieldis80.1%.TheproductwascharacterizedbyIR,UV,MSand*HNMR.4-IsopropylphenylboronicacidwasalsopreparedfromGrignardreagent.Anoptimizedprocesswasobt
