1、摘要依靠管理提升竞争力是企业面临的共同选择，ERP（企业资源计划）为企业信息化建设提供了全面解决方案。木论文立足ERP基木原理，着眼于应用，结合江铝公司ERP案例分析，为我国铝工业企业实施ERP提供了解决方案。本论文共分四章。第一章介绍国内外ERP研究和应用现状，针对国内部分企业对ERP认识误区，指出ERP给企业带來经济效益和提升管理水平是一个渐进的过程。第二章阐述ERP基木原理和常用功能模块理论知识以及系统的一般构成。笫三章介绍江铝公司ERP项目实施过程，在对不同管理层次用户调查基础上，分析系统开发失败的管理原因，导出铝工业企业ERP应用研究课题。第四章根据ERP基木原理，结合我国铝
